Even if he would somehow find out what material Ea is made of he still couldn't trace it, since the material isn't in UBW. And UBW would still need to analyse how it was made which it can't.
all weapons in UBW arsenal are fakes. Making Ea should be next to impossible for Shirou/Archer due to the foreign material and the massive amounts of mana needed to probably forge it.
