Im not sure about this but I think the notes mean "The girls(?)are communicating(?)"

The lack of 'the' is intentional; it's a reference to the loading screens for Touhou games, typically saying 'Girls do their best now and are preparing.' This's led to all manner of 'Girls are [insert thing here]' lines in the fandom.

Given how the comment I'm explaining this to is 4 years old, I reckon they've found this out by now, but at least this'll be here for those who come by in the years after.
