The problem is that AI-generated content is against the upload rules. If this was AI-assisted as you seem to be claiming (that is, AI-generated with significant edits by the artist afterward), then it would be allowed, but it would still have a low chance of approval. Given that it was manually deleted, it seems like you did not contribute enough to the image for it to count as AI-assisted.
