Not sure what the negative colors are supposed to achieve, but the original image with normal colors is from here
I assume it's a byproduct of the AI tool the person used to remove the DA watermark; DeWatermark.ai is AI stuff going by Google, but the Artstation link says the original was done with SAI which is an actual art program
