Miko Cirno has been here for quite a while, she just happens to show up every once in a while.
First time i've seen her was in 4komas about her being a newbie Miko for Reimu
I like her in this appearance.

Miko Cirno's got the same palette as player 2 Reimu, which is why she shows up frequently.
