Mmmm... but this was supposed to be released in the Reitaisai, which was sadly cancelled. At least Morino Hon seems to have endured the earthquake safely, judging by a picture posted on March 15. I'm glad.

Can anyone give us an update on this?

Theres starting to be a bit more doujins on here than I think should. Danbooru should have a link to Gensokyou.org or something. Unless theres a better place for translated Touhou doujins. I can understand webcomics being uploaded here but danbooru frequently kinda skirts around with the doujin thing. Not saying doujins shouldnt be on here though.

Ehh... in general at least I don't think there is a problem with having doujin uploaded in of itself (TOS concerns aside of course) but I don't really see the point of uploading something already translated and freely available to all.
