as of late I've seen many pictures where the woman's right boob is larger than the left one. In this case the right boob falls in the huge_breasts category while the left one doesn't. Boobs are probably more difficult to draw than many people realize.

They look the same size to me. At the very least, the differences aren’t significant enough to justify tagging them separately. Both are borderline; they’re just about the same size as the head.
