I just played through this part of the game. I can't translate this, but I'm pretty sure this is the Office Lady that rides the Ferris Wheel outside of Raimon (Nimbasa) City with the player. She's most likely talking about how her friends have all left and how she's so lonely, asking the player for comfort.

tl;dr, she's basically hitting on the player, and it's totally canon.

It's the same in english version ?

In the english version it's a younger lady who's reminiscing about her friends and how they've all gone away. I fail to see how she could be "old" if her sprite makes her look like she's about 20 or so...

Also, best character ever. If there was a dating option in the game, so totally choosing this lonely girl.

It's also implied that the player reminds her of her dead younger brother. Which just makes this scene even more bitter-sweet.

I'll admit it, after I beat the game I saved beside her and faced her every day until the end of March...

i just play before .....o.o liek i say "wtf she like me?"

And now she has a child! I wonder if it's Touya's...
