This guy became a member recently and has uploaded 3 images so far of all AI. I would guess it's his own pics, self-uploading without source.

No. Danbooru is a site for uploading geninue artwork drawn by a human being not some program that imitates them. It doesn't matter what country he/she came from as long it is not AI-generated.
