Seriously speaking though, I've seen plenty of gifs that are even tinier and/or have worse dithering problems get by in the last month, this is pretty much par for the course.

Yeah, and the people who approved those are big dumb jerks. I don't think random screencaps need to be on Danbooru to begin with.
