    Well i agree with you somewhet, but TBH Indonesia's recovery were also hampered heavily by corruption, the Fundies who decried international aid, and the general mentality of Indonesians themselves. Aceh recovered now, but the rate of recovery is rather slow; so much energy spent by crying, mourning, and sulking should have been better used to rebuild.
