Not sure if the title is a coincidence or an actual reference, so I'd like to point out that there is in fact an anime movie called The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.

Considering it won multiple awards and international acclaim, I'd be surprised if it was a coincidence.

The name Inception even shows up after Christopher Nolan and Leonardo DiCaprio. Most likely the artist was counting on people not to look too closely.
