Looks like a fusion of all three V Sisters and the guy in the back looks like the Daimajin himself... this is definitely Verxina/Cheval/Vivlos's mom, all right. At least this one was easy.

The problem with that line of thought is that often times artists either forget to draw the tail, or it's obscured from the POV of the drawing.

That said, the ID still stands because of what NNescio said earlier, and also because her ear covers are a dead ringer for her RL counterpart.
