On Danbooru, "deleted" just means hidden from view. These images will remain on the site.
Of course, that doesn't mean you can back up AI works here, since it's still against the rules. No one's going to get upset at you for uploading it accidently; it happens. But if you suspect an image you want to back up may have been ai-generated, consider uploading it to https://aibooru.online instead.
Also, do you remember the URLs for the Pixiv posts you got these from? If so, you can add them to the source field.
