For the Moderators this is highly likely an ai artwork as the twitter that posted it in their bio does say they use ai. So this probably in the meta needs ai in its tag.

It's a bit troubling that a moderator can't tell the difference between an AI image and directly uploading it here, without waiting for approval.

AI detectors are completely garbage, they can't detect AI for shit. It's a fluke if they accurately detect something as AI, and they're just as likely to flag something verifiably 100% human made as being 99% AI.
