As for the other girl, the artist tagged it with "猫宮夢鈴" which looks like a Japanese name (would be something along the lines of Nekomiya Murin). Searching for that on bilibili returned hits to the channel of a bilituber named 猫宫梦铃. The latter two characters (梦铃) are the simplified Chinese version of "夢鈴" (lit. dream bell), so the names are equivalent. While she doesn't seem to usually wear a maid headdress, she is a match for animal ears, hair color and eye color, so that's her. The Chinese reading would be Maogong Mengling, I think?
