The presence of an ornate halo, as well as the (very disheveled) school uniform makes me wonder if this is meant to be a Blue Archive-style Etna?
Using Longinus instead of a firearm is throwing me off, though.
The latter being notable, as not only does the Disgaea series have firearms as one of its weapon types, but Etna’s strength in them is second only to her strength with spears.
