This is a Hooters Lucina by kkkiss_etc! Lucina looks so amazingly beautiful in this artwork! I absolutely love the outfit design the artist came up with as well as all the bright colors and star effects! The pose and the bouncing tray and plate of food add a really nice sense of motion to the piece! The artist did such a wonderful job on this!
