    たまたま早苗さんの髪型をサイドテールにしてみたら大ちゃんっぽくなりました。と言うより成長した大ちゃんが早苗さんのコスプレをしているように見えますね。描き分けができない証拠です。なので両者のタグを付けておきます。

    I think it's more a merge of the two? The title on Pixiv says "大早苗ちゃん", which I think says Dai-Sanae-Chan, and the description implies (I think) that the artist tried drawing Daiyousei and ended up doing Sanae instead, so he tagged it as both.

    Maybe they're just extra wings for the cosplay? Maybe they could be part of Sanae's blessing? I dunno.
