The so-called Greedy Crepe (for the lack of a better translation of 欲張りクレープ) was introduced in collaboration with Marion Crepes. Inside that crepe are mini tonkatsu, curry, potato salad and grated cheese.
The man in the bottom panel is a minor character who appears in chapter 99 of Oishinbo (see image below for reference)
