    The artist said this pilot is 陳文添 (Chen Wun-tian), a Taiwanese soldier for the Imperial Japanese Army. He became a member of the army's suicide attack corps and died on December 14, 1944.

    But this airplane is obviously not the Nakajima Donryuu, but the A6M Zero...

    Sergeant Izumikawa 泉川正宏 is Chen Wun-tian's Japanese name. The reading is the best guess.
