Okay seriously this is yet another upload of mine that is barely even seen(3 approvers so far... after 2 days) and will likely end up unapproved, yet again taking away points from my upload limit...
Give it some time.
In my experience, the very first wave of approvers that view a post are usually people that view the frontpage, or who are checking the latest batch of posts. After a few hours, your post will be "buried" under new uploads, so things will slow down. Later on when the post nears the 3-day-point the second wave comes. If you happen to upload a post during a quiet moment (this is very dependent on timezones, or sometimes just unfortunate timing), the first wave will be very small to maybe even non-existent.
Not quite sure about the intricacies, but I imagine this has to do with the sorting algorithm of the status:pending queue.

The annoying thing is though, a lot of the time recently it never gets more than those 3-4 approvers, and when appealing, it feels like there's a much lesser chance of it being approved.
EDIT: Oh, now after writing that I see a lot of recently unapproved uploads of mine got approved now. Complaining works I guess XD
