There's no need for it when pending posts go through the mod queue are automatically deleted after three days if they haven't been approved by anyone during that time.
The few cases when pending uploads should actually have to be flagged are if a post is extremely bad (post #894825) and/or clearly violates the Terms of Service (post #797668).
And while this particular post is quite bad, I don't see it as worth flagging or immediately deleting.
