The Two Are Spoilers
A story set in a certain Gensokyo –
Hatate, a new student, knocks on the door of her school.
Hatate’s heart is pounding with excitement as she wonders what kind of student life she will have from now on!
After the entrance ceremony, students returned to the classroom and it was time for self-introductions.
They enthusiastically greeted their classmates who would be studying together with them for the next year.
“Hatate Himekaidou! My dream for the future is to become an entertainer who can surprise and inspire more than any newspaper!
I hope you enjoy my Kakashi Spirit News!”
When it was lunchtime, the students started to pour out of the classrooms.
Not knowing what was going on, she followed them and arrived at the cafeteria.
“We won’t allow anyone to leave anything behind!” the voice of the cafeteria’s famous proprietress rang out, and the students surged in like a tsunami.
Just when she thought she’d be caught up in it, Hatate was saved by two girls.
If she’d remembered, they were in the same class – their names were Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame.
The battle of bullets for food tickets that take place in the cafeteria are literally unbelievable. It all started with an article that appeared in the newspaper.
Hatate’s eyes light up after hearing the story, wanting to meet the student in charge.
Right after that – a senior student, Aya Shameimaru, appears with tengu wind and flashes her flashlight!
Hatate is left speechless –
Hatate and Aya are from the same hometown and are childhood friends and rivals. Hatate complains, but Aya just smiles gently, perhaps with the composure of a senior student.
At this school, the newspaper club is one of the most popular clubs, second only to the student council.
Hatate, who bites back at Aya, the club’s president,
may become one of the most talented journalists in the club within her first year, but–
that’s a story for another time…
