The profile makes it quite clear that their body is entirely female and that the transformation from male to female is fast (its only the addition of becoming voluptuous that takes time and may never happen).

Things like that do not exist in the MG world. Remember, the entire population of monsters was changed when a succubus took over as the Demon Lord. Even formerly hermaphroditic creatures (such as the Giant Slug) became completely female and dependent on men's energy.
The closest thing you'll find in this setting to a "pure" lesbian is a monstergirl that resists her need for male vital energy as long as she can, then loses control, rapes a man in a feeding frenzy, and afterwards goes back to shunning men (i.e. denial).

Excuse me, you're wrong. The stated goal of the Demonlord is to make human women *EXTINCT* so men would have to marry the monstergirls she so lovely created. If a monstergirl sees a man, she will abduct him, rape him and make him love her. If she sees a human woman she will do one of two things.
1) FUCKING KILL HER. 2) Convert her into a monster girl. <- preferred method. Infact Kenkoku has made dozens of stories about how monster girls go out of their way to corrupt innocent women into monsters.

yeah, i think i meant to write 'transwoman succubus'. not entirely sure i like the idea of an alp being even more sexual than a regular succubus tho. kinda feels like the whole 'trans people are sluts' thing i think some people believe about trans people.

Technically, transman would likely be closer to correct, since they would presumably want to become men again. Kenkou presumes that gay and trans are the same thing, so hey, why wouldn't someone gay enjoy being transformed into a woman so as to be forced into a "straight" relationship? (Especially if they already had a gay lover who would also be transformed into a woman, then forced into relationship with another man...)
Kenkou basically even pretty much stated that this and the lilyraune (where lesbians are forced to be in a bisexual harem) were because he didn't want to allow actual gays to exist in his world.
