Nah,it often happen.You add extra 4-komas in books to make the purchasing in conventions interesting.

Scanners are built in to most printers nowadays, and are available at your public library, school or university, and often at your place of employment.

Actually, since this appears to be the hot spring trip that ran around the time of the earthquake, we might be looking at the one that he decided to not release at the time (and substituted the Nazrin apology strip). I'm guessing that a bloody body face down in water is probably what he felt might be a bit insensitive right after the tsunami.
