Sakuya is not physically present in this picture, so I decided not to add her tag. However, the knife with the word "Scarlet" engraved on the blade, plus the artist's own tagging on Pixiv, create such a strong callout to her that it shouldn't be ignored.

In compromise, I've simply added the touhou tag.
