Does anyone know what type of shoes are these? They appear to have two straps over the top, which rules out Mary Janes.

This looks like it could be an embarrassed expression or a nervous smile, but I am uncertain on what it could be.

I can not tell if that is a capelet at the top of her shoulders, so I would like a second opinion on that. Sorry if I am being a bother.
