We already have the revealing_clothes tag, no need to reinvent the wheel.
Someone removed it because you should generally get opinions from other users before you start creating general tags.
Also, you don't need to comment every time you change a tag. In fact, it's preferred that you don't do that. If you want to discuss tags, do what Blank User suggested to you already and use topic #12251.
Tags like that need to be populated to be of any use, but we also don't want a bunch of superfluous tags. For tags that cover a general concept like this, you should propose it in the forums first to see whether it would be useful to the community. You can open a separate topic for each new tag or group of new tags you propose.
And make sure to review howto:rate as well. This post should not be rated Explicit.

I remember that, and I recall wanting to look into it more. Sorry about that. I will try to keep that in mind better.
