The Yautjas would 100% hunt Monsters, and the Hunters.

Translating the runes, the Predator is saying “WTF” (What the fuck!?) in the first panel, and “LFG” (LET’S FUCKING GO!!) in the second.

If the Yautja weren't a species literally defined on wanting to 1v1 fucking EVERYONE, they'd be literally the Hunters' best friends. You'd basically be sherpa'd by them when hunting almost any Monster.
