I envy that you have never experienced a muscle spasm in your leg then. It's usually felt around the back of your knee and it's a proper spasm: sometimes I have to grab my lower half of my leg and pull it back it gets that bad. If that doesn't happen, I usually snap it open like Chen does in the picture.

Either way they're pretty bloody awful to have.

Muscle spasms ANYWHERE bloody suck to have. I feel like I'm going to kill someone.
