Having a smoking head due to brain overload is an established anime/manga trope. How do I tag it though?
It would be the "Head Steam" tag and on the left side you'll see a list of various things under the tags section, including Options and then Edit under that, press Edit and you'll see a box that lets you edit tags and add tags. I'll let you tag it so you can try it out and get familiar with tagging.
