    Mario RPG+Gurren Lagann mini-comic

    Mario used the star spirits to create a barrier which protected all his team, and now he's ready for payback.

    Man, this was a lot of work. The hardest and longest work on a Gario page since I started this mini comic. First of all I had to think wel about the composition of the page, and where to place every character of the party. It was a lot, a lot of work painting every character too, from the star spirit to Bowser(the hardest to paint). The text ballons are crap but I can fix that later on the final release of the comic with a cover and all.I don't know thos page took around 12 or more hours to get done from the lineart to the final edits, and I'm happy with the result :) (Smile)

    this is mainly because I needed more member to fit with the scene this mini comic is based on.

    It's that scene from Gurren Lagann's first movie Gurren-hen where the Dai-Gurren was shot with a ton of missles from the Doten-Kaizan but they came out of the flames just like this

    Well to be fair, most(or practically all) of them were "Good" baddies. They werent original characters like Super Mario RPG had. Everyone in this pic is at least an OC character.

    Because apparently, Nintendo either hates making more money or they hate Square Enix(thats probably why). Squaresoft was a bro, but Enix is.....

    I thought it was the other way around and Squaresoft/SquareEnix was holding back.
