You do know that in the story, they explain that no matter how many times they try, Rina will always somehow manage to get into the kitchen? Ellen is the one who has to eat her food because she's the only one who can stomach her food..... and Lycaon, the head of Victoria Housekeeping, is unable to keep her out of the kitchen because he's busy? Plus, Rina is his second in command in the establishment, so she can just go into the kitchen if she wants to.
