This is the second time they mistake Elly for Flandre here. Same thing happened with post #546266.

I guess that's because of elly's unpopularity. So, when a high quality pic of her is posted, people start to wonder. "No, no... this can't be Elly"

This being said, you can also look at Elly's hair and tell it's her or not. To date, I haven't seen a touhou with her kinda hairstyle, so that should tip folks off, at least a little.

I can't imagine anyone who's had more than a passing knowledge of Touhou not know of Elly with that Bad Apple video played everywhere.
