Boku no Pico: obviously just gay porn, but I remember watching a video talking about at least one interesting aspect of it, that being the "top" of the relationship. There's not much shown of it, but the guy who bangs Pico is more nuanced than expected, as we see him silently scoping out both men and women from afar in the beginning, as if he's trying to find someone like Pico he can easily take advantage of. As well, he doesn't appear in the next episode, so perhaps he had to flee from Pico's life for one reason or the other.
Yosuga no Sora: perhaps the finest anime adaptation to ever exist. While its fun to joke around about the incest, you gotta admit, it took balls to show it full-on with sex and everything. On top of this, all the game's routes are properly shown in the anime as well with their own full-on sex scenes. I don't think I have ever seen another 12 episode adaptation of an eroge be so 1:1 with the source material, and it stands as the golden standard for me as to how genuine adaptations should be. That's not to say that there isn't merit in subverting expectations, as there exists other adaptations (like The Boys for example) that manage to pull off being different from the source material.
