Well, if you're in the US should hope a conservative bill that was just introduced to modify the Miller test doesn't get passed. Otherwise content like this might be able to be labeled as obscene and not protected by the First Amendment. The proposed bill wants to change the Miller Test's second prong so that it determines content to be obscene if it "depicts, describes, or represents, an actual or simulated sexual act or sexual contact, actual or simulated normal or perverted sexual acts, or lewd exhibition of the genitals, with the objective intent to arouse, titillate, or gratify the sexual desires of a person."
