At first I thought it was going to be him wandering into her barrier but I was plesently surprised that that wasn't the case.

Too bad the translated article (Anime Mania thread on Madoka page 129) states Kyousuke sees Sayaka as just a girl and not a potential lover because they are childhood friends.
