Soo, Doraemon & takopi swap places, interesting scenario.. ..... Doraemon in this case clears since he's a Nanny bot, he'd absolutely help out Shizuka with her problems, knowing that her problems are shittier Than nobita's, he'd likely accompany her once he finds out her school problems, since by that point as she's a punching bag for Marina and states that only Chappy makes her life better, well we all know how it goes once he learns of the problems that Marina and Azuma's problems, he prevents their untimely fates and raises them.....? Dunno how he'd deal with their Horrible parents tho, as he's not the type to result to murder like the original Takopii did... All doraemon does is help them out with their issues if their families are beyond help...
As for nobita... He starts his life as relatively normal, strict parents, Takeshi & Suneo Picking on him and dosent know of Shizuka's qualities by that point as he didn't have aspirations for anything.... Since he's a kid after all. Takopi's situation isn't as difficult since his goal is to make everyone happy, he may see Nobita get beaten but if he results to Murdering Takeshi, this is gonna be ugly.... It's either nobita prevents him from doing so or it's a bad end. Though takopi can at best try to pep talk nobita into putting effort on his studies and plausibly succeed..?

In the "original timeline" of Doraemon's series premise, is that Nobita grew up to be a failed businessman whose self-funded company went up in flame and resulted in his family to live in poverty even generations after. (and that he married his bully's sister, but that's the least of his problems lol) Sure, sucks for him, but he's still had a stable childhood despite his bullying and a family that's MILES ahead of the dysfunctional children that Takopi had to babysit.
Best case scenario is that Takopi somehow achieve the same happy timeline via his friend-making gadgets and gets Nobita to marry Shizuka (the violin-playing kid in pink, not our bullied protagonist), everybody get a happy end! Whereas the worst case scenario has Nobita possibly taking advance of Tako's innocence and wreck havoc throughout the town, or that Tako takes Nobita's many nihilistic comments seriously and went out to kill his bullies like he was asked in the 2022 timeline of his original series. Granted, the existence of Time Police guarantee the damage will be controlled, but simply having what's essentially a save point could easily corrupt a person... or at least destroy whatever diligence the kid had.
Doraemon with Shizuka (the tomboy in white, not the tomboy in pink) on the other hand, no yeah, he will immediately erase all conflicts with his gadgets, maturity and possibly be a replacement to EVERYONE's parents as a Nanny Bot, if not solving the problems of the adults somehow with his thousands of future gadgets.
But that's the thing which made both series fascinating, Doraemon could immediately recognize the problem at hand while Takopi couldn't due to his alien background and naivety, which is a deconstruction of such children's series like Dead Dead Demons De Dedede Destruction. Whereas Doraemon's focus is, while comedic at times, also serves as a "coming-of-age" story in its more serious moments.
