The guards from each Tea Party faction are given feathers from their respective faction leaders to wear, regardless if they themselves have wings or not.
When the leader of a faction graduates, their honor guards burn that feather as both a gesture of farewell and a send-off.
They also remain the most uniquely and ornately decorated of all the Honor Guards due to various trinkets and ornaments being gifted directly by their faction leader.
