If she wasn't so brutally honest, this wouldn't have happened in the first place but... I guess doing something like this is better than doing nothing at all.

I don't think Remi's so much "brutally honest" as she is tsun-tsun even to her own younger sister. ("Don't get the wrong idea! Shut up! I just made too much cake to eat myself. It's not like we're fa-family or anything!")

Some people just have trouble giving compliments, even when they know they should, and even when they're trying really hard to give them.

Cake.. also don't forget that Remilia also give her a cup of tea.

I'm just a bit curious here, why is it that ChaosKnight chose to put it as "...I didn't mean that I wanted her to eat that..."? I, myself think it's more like "It's not like I wanted to eat it..." though.
