It is a reference to Seki's panda Meiling according to artist commentary, but adding seki_(red_shine) would be wrong since he didn't draw it. parody, I guess?

Maybe it's about time we had a tag along the lines of "artist reference" or even "artist crossover" specifically for things like this?

On a side note, those are some nice (if not delicious) legs Sakuya has right now.
