I haven’t played TOTK yet. Does Link still have to dress like a woman while visiting that accursed Gerudo city? In spite of everything he has done for those ungrateful, man-hating witches? If so, does Riju feel any godly shame for this abominable practice of her sisters?

If the answer is no, it doesn’t matter if Link makes Riju scream out his name loud enough to shatter the moon and the stars. He will always be a punk bitch in Riju’s sight. And she will treat him accordingly much sooner than you may care to think.

UPDATE: I just found out Riju made an exception for Link in the new game. And her bodyguard treats Link with much greater kindness and respect than she did in BOTW. She even upholds Riju’s command to allow an undisguised, remasculated Link roam freely about the city in Riju’s absence. I’ll give Nintendo credit for giving us that one. Now if only the Graat Fairies looked more like their OOT counterparts and less like a bunch of overweight drag queens on a parade float, we’ll be good as golden.
