I don't see anything about the anatomy in this picture.

The angles of both visible parts of her left thigh don’t match properly and I believe the ankle joints don’t bend that far unless they’re damaged. Her thighs also look uncommonly long. It’s all still within suspension of disbelief, though.

They do if you take into account the fact her sleeves obscure a lot, distorting your perception of the angles involved.
