That's the downside of plot armor. Sure you always win, but everyone secretly resents you for it.

Two, is when the weak torments those who tries to help them,

See, when somebody is hurting like Marisa is, sometimes they try and mitigate their own pain by hurting others, and person who's felt this level of pain knows how to hurt other people, as well. You can't listen to somebody's words when they're like this, they're merely trying to cast off some of their own misery. Don't blame them for it, but don't take it to heart, either.

This has nothing to do with her talent or power level, but about her terrible attitude and the consistent shittiness with which she treats everyone else. At the beginning, she had an excuse considering everyone she faced was openly violent and antagonistic for the hell of it, but she had none in games like Mountain of Faith and Undefinded Fantastic Object, where her goals were almost entirely self-serving and she was the one doing the antagonizing.

I see it as ZUN applying realistic consequences to such extraordinary circumstances: having so much raw power with no effort and a duty she doesn't like to maintain the stability of Gensokyo, Reimu has a shitty attitude and an inflated ego; just like fairies are reckless and unable to learn from their mistakes because death has no consequence for them.

For the same reason, Hakurei Reimu has become my most favorite character in Touhou. Because she also reminds me of myself and my life in the real world.

Therefore I actually don't like and understand why some Touhou Fandom communities like to resent and despise Reimu for reasons such as extraordinary talent and some "unfriendly attitudes".

Imagine a genius with crucial responsibilities who, despite appearing to do everything easily, must always be on standby every day in case of an incident. But in the end only very few people appreciate and help Reimu at least in her daily life.

Reimu also developed a "Spell card system" to create fair matches in Gensokyou as far as i know.
