Same here. There could be an interesting story behind this weird pairing. Though, in Gensokyo, weird stuff happens all the time.
P.S.: If someone was going to make a comic featuring this pairing, this picture (at least something similar to it) should be in it. When in context, this picture could easily be part of the heart-breaking pool.

A possible cause of such pairing is probably their dialog at MoF, about Minoriko smells like sweet potatoes (something that Reimu mentioned is delicious)... same artist did place a lot of pictures with the same premise. Not that its bad and all...
