Commander General and all around leader of the Eternal Scarlet Regime, G.M. Scarlet is the head of the military parliament and Sole veto holder. Typically not one to dirty her hands in battle, she relies greatly on her subordinates and vast army of soldiers to handle affairs of that matter. Though if it is truly necessary for her to enter combat, woe be tide to anyone who gets in her way.
Freely admitting she inherited her position as Grand Marshal from the previous head of the Scarlet Regime, she is by no means a trophy commander. Boasting an aura of command, confidence and charismatic strength unseen or heard of before, G.M Scarlet is an overbearing, yet just tyrant to her followers and is startlingly competent in her diplomatic abilities. She finds using the correct words works infinitely better then using force, though she is not above using that as well.
As a pure born Vampire, G.M. Scarlet is one of the strongest of all Yokai species known in Gensokyou. At her weakest, she is four times stronger then the strongest human known, as well as being on the order of four times as fast in both land speed, flight and reflexes then any other yokai know, baring a few members of the Tengu race, her reaction speed is so great it's thought she borders on having a sort of psudo-precognition. Defensively, G.M. Scarlet is physically bulletproof, being able to both ignore the pain of the injuries suffered, but also being able to almost instantly regenerate the damage in a matter of seconds.
Her weakness if any, are known as the following. - An allergy to Soybeans and Garlic.
- Direct Sunlight cuts all of her parameters in half, and she loses her ability to instantly heal injuries, instead she recovers at about twice the speed of a normal human.
- Silver weapons, or weapons blessed by someone who has unwavering faith can and will injure her and negate her regeneration in that area until she has time to feed on fresh blood
On top of her astronomically high physical attributes, G.M. Scarlet is a devastatingly skillful user of magic and danmaku, She can unleash a scarlet mist from her hands which both blots out the sun and causes severe visual degradation when it comes to line of sight and visual contact for kilometers. She uses blood red danmaku of various sizes and shapes which easily blends into her scarlet mist and can catch multiple combatants unaware, she has also been known to use close contact magic, expanding the range her already frighteningly powerful physical attacks by way of using her own blood as a catalyst and thus expelling it in wide arcs from each finger, essentially crafting five razor sharp short swords per hand.
She also posses an iconic personal weapon that can strike cold the blood of anyone who hears it being invoked. "Spear the Gungnir," an ornate long spear made of crimson daemonic energies with the spear head wreathed in a halo of fire so hot it would burn any who would touch it to ash. G.M. Scarlet wields this weapon single handed, and can throw it with enough force to pierce and, consequently, sunder an entire mountain to rubble. While she shows the most proficiency with this weapon, she barely ever uses it, except at moments where she must fight all or nothing, for anything less then her full power would be a waste of her time.
Currently the Scarlet Regime is lock in a multi-front assault, dealing with the Moriya Theomilitary on the banks of the Misty lake, and also with the Lunarian Plutocracy at the bamboo forest of the lost. G.M. Scarlet for the most part is not worried about either engagement, having unwavering faith in Commander Iyazoi, ArcMagus Knowledge, with her subordinate Lt. Koakuma and Master Chief Hong's abilities.
