Rumia looks as if she's going to eat Wriggle.

So I just noticed that Remilia is the only one in the actual ring. Even for this series, this has ceased being wrestling in any meaningful way.

Right now, what I'd like is for Yuuka to just stand up like Wriggle did, stop the match, fire Aya, and tell the people to fight fair. That'd make this so much better.

But yeah right now I'm enjoying the fair matches and the in between matches more.
Now that I think about it, there might have been only one of those. Oh well, most weren't as ridiculous as this!

Also, I looked back at his earlier works and wow he's really improved his art. I'll definitely give him that!

Rumia seems to only change her mouth in this series and nothing else normaly shes :D but when angry them fangs show.

I dearly hope that the last panel is to show that the audience is starting to have enough of that crap.

Wriggle looks like she is channeling Yuuka actually.

Now that Reimu exists again, suddenly Remi has vanished, and taken the iron maiden with her, during... um... Marisa's face.

Marisa's pretty clearly crossed a line in the minds of the audience. Without translation, it's hard to guess whether she's saying something heelish, or if it's just that Reimu doesn't share Remi's "scary practically-invulnerable monster" factor. (Recall that Sanae's life-endangering match was earlier this evening.)

And sheesh, somebody give Rumia some elbows already.

I wonder if Moria/200% will make an appearance now? Flan chastising Marisa (her hero) on the merits of fair play would be interesting.

That or Marisa more or less starts to detonate.

Why all the dumping on Kirisame Familiar? Red 75% told them to do this, they gave up the chance to destroy Alice's dolls, this has been approved from the higher ups, they have yet to actually do anything to Red 75% despite all this, this is the only way for them to stay competitive against such "monsters", they aren't being cruel about this, and would you rather have a completely onesided match?

It's because win or loose this is the only match they'd be able to fight as I doubt Marisa could handle a second match in a row. That and whoever they go up against next WILL flatten them. And their attempts have crossed the line of "Valiant effort" into "Bare backed, fanon alice desperation"

You're supposed to hate on the heels and that's kind of what Kirisame Familiar are being. Threatening to smash Reimu with the iron maiden to get Remilia to take the hit? Very heelish behavior.

Imo, when the opponents outclass yu in pretty much every aspect of the combat at hand, and they give yu the green light to use whatever yu want, do what yu have to in order to win.

I don't think anyone's dumping on them right now. We're just speculating on the current direction of the comic, which includes things like "audience opinion of Kirisame Familiar appears to be dropping like a rock" and "if they win, they'll likely take a similar approach in the next round, which is bad news if you haven't been finding this particularly entertaining."

That said, I've never been a fan of "Batman can beat anyone, given prep time," and there's a lot of that flavor in this match.

Oh, I reread what Remilia said earlier. They really did say that they could throw everything at her. Silly silly Remilia. I still think the higher ups should still have forbidden it.

The higher up is Yukari ... she's most likly entertained by these sort of things coming into play.

I saw people raging against Suwako when she was mad at Flandre for almost killing Sanae and not caring about it, and I mean before she went completely nuts on Red 200%, my cynical side says because they think Flandre is cute.

But anyway, until I see Red 75% really feeling the heat from this or Kirisame Familiar taking pleasure in their pain, I don't see it as going too far.

Thing with preparations though, they'd have to make different ones for different opponents, if they fought Eternal Rivals then they'd likely do something to get them against each other, if against Heavenly Sky Combo then they'd probably go for Utsuho's weakness to sleeper moves, different strategies for different opponents, it wouldn't be the same.

As for them being able to beat anyone, it's obvious they can't. Remember what Meiling said, "Technique is a weapon for the weak." Doing what they're doing right now is just their attempt to at least break even with their enemy and I have a gut feeling they won't win this fight anyway.

On slightly off topic note, Batman type situations, for me personally, I love someone prepping for something but I dislike Saw type bullshit.

So it seems like Marisa team is going miles to take down Reimu. Well, I won't say I don't expect heel tactics from them with Patchy as one of their strategists.

Which would be completely wrong.

No one was raging at Suwako for being mad, we were raging because she was:

a) Fighting very dirty.
b) More or less torturing Meiling out of revenge (and enjoyed it).

Sanae even called her on it.

Well arguably Marisa is already getting a little to into this.

Exploiting an enemy's weakness is called cheating when the heels do it, and is called strategic planning when the faces do it.

Doing everything to win is called cheating when the heels do it, and is called determination when the faces do it.

This is sports entertainment, ladies and gentlemen. And so it goes.
