Question, should I swap the location of the text boxes?
I know that the current locations for the text boxes make grammatical sense in English, but they are swapped in Korean.

No. Translate it so it reads naturally in the target language, English.
As someone who doesn't know Korean I wouldn't know nor care that "open" is on the Korean word for "door", but I'll roll my eyes at someone writing "the door, open it" (which is unfortunately a common thing in JP translation too when an inexperienced translator takes it too literally)
To put it in another perspective, would you swap the order of the words in a sentence if it was all in one text box? You wouldn't, and it applies to this case too; the text box is just a method for comic panels to add text, a translator should be translating the sentences.
