No. Translate it so it reads naturally in the target language, English. As someone who doesn't know Korean I wouldn't know nor care that "open" is on the Korean word for "door", but I'll roll my eyes at someone writing "the door, open it" (which is unfortunately a common thing in JP translation too when an inexperienced translator takes it too literally) To put it in another perspective, would you swap the order of the words in a sentence if it was all in one text box? You wouldn't, and it applies to this case too; the text box is just a method for comic panels to add text, a translator should be translating the sentences.
