Yeah, this doesn't count as a disappearance. It was weird when she disappeared after the garlic punch because things were happening that she logically should have been reacting to, and it was weird when Remi disappeared after getting iron maiden'd because we had absolutely no idea where she ended up or what kind of condition she was in. In this case there's no problem with Reimu still being exactly where we left her.
Remilia just rematerialized. She wasn't visible in the overhead view in the previous comic. And given where she was when she got hit and where she is now, she would have been sent flying along the passage near the red post. You can see she's not there through Kanako's rope thing.

Ah, seems Marisa is giving a speech given the little hat in the text boxes. Perhaps this is the speech someone was wanting earlier, "Are you not entertained?!" or something I think it was.
Also, I'm almost convinced Marisa is being possessed by Mima now.
P.S. Can someone explain this eye coloring technique Dei is using here? I'm not sure I understand the purpose of making the top half of the eye all shadowy and black while giving the bottom half color.

easy, block the Iron Maiden with Reimu. Though then this will mean that they can't use it again, should Reimu destroy it (also, this would be Remilia's opportunity to tell them that was her intention :p)
as for Mima controlling Marisa.. I wonder if Reimu's hax intuition will show up here, in that case. Or, she uses Shoryuken on Reimu (or even better, something that only Mima would know about Reimu, like a reference to her past fights), which is a move she has taught to Meiling in this series.

“何割転” Don't understand, but I think the organizer is talking about how the show will flow after Marisa’s performance and speech.
Marisa is talking to all the audience and weaker characters. Marisa and Nitori is just an usual magician and kappa, but they are fighting Hakurei miko and a vampire. Rather than fight fair and square just to be defeated, they choose cheating (tactics, either way) because that's how the weak could stand against the strong.
But, does the Kirisame Familia also know their part of the show plot Tewi write, or they just run their own show without coordinating with Red 75% ?

Before we go further with the story, should we agree dei to introduce characters that had not made an appearance? Like Touhou Fairy Wars's Mischievous Fairies, Moon Siblings from Silent Sinner Blue, Ibara Kasen from Wild & Horned Hermit & two from the Myouren Temple: Kyouko Kasodani & Yoshika Miyako. Maybe its too late to introduce them & get involved but at least they appear as spectators or having artwork of them.

this reminds me of two things: - Medicine has better stealth-fu than Koishi (at least in this series, where she's never seen) - Medicine has better stealth-fu than Koishi, so far, in the series where she actually appears (Gensokyo Tag Tournament), since Koishi has actually gotten more attention than Medi, there. (people may've even forgot that she's participating. Not sure about Eirin fans awaiting for her match, though.)

I think the biggest thing behind her lack of appearances in fanart and such is that she was only in one game only and not really developed upon. That and Medicine rarely leaves her turf nor does anyone willingly visit.

The only fairies to appear are Cirno and Daiyousei, so not having the Mischievous Fairies is not that unusual (Lily White hasn't shown up either). The Watatsuki sisters have a bad relationship with pretty much everyone except Eirin, so not having them show up was expected (spectator brawl?). Ibara Kasen (isn't Wild and Horned Hermit only up to chapter 6 or something?), Kyouko Kasodani and Yoshika Miyako are all VERY new, so not having them appear (yet) is perfectly understandable.
